Nestled in the charming town of St. Joseph, Michigan—our very own slice of paradise—Gelato Paradiso brings authentic Italian flavor to the shores of Lake Michigan.

Our Story

Gelato Paradiso was founded by Nicolina Holt and inspired by her family’s story. Nicolina’s father immigrated from Sicily as a teenager, bringing with him the traditions, values, and culture that would be passed down through generations. Inspired by her Sicilian heritage and a strong sense of family that she learned from both of her parents, Nicolina created Gelato Paradiso to share a taste of Italy with the community.
